Adam is a seasoned litigator whose practice focuses on insurance, casualty and general business litigation. He joins
Wynn McGarry from White and Williams, LLP where he handled commercial, property and coverage litigation. Before
White and Williams, Adam was a partner at Blank Rome, LLP in the tort and insurance practice group.
Adam handles a wide variety of matters for corporate and individual clients in the insurance coverage and recovery,
bad faith, property loss, professional liability, construction and health care areas. His clients include residential and
commercial policyholders such as nursing homes and senior care facilities, manufacturers and insurance, legal and
medical professionals.
Adam also handles lease disputes for tenants and landlords, as well as general commercial disputes for businesses
such as catalogue retailers, food manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, security alarm and guard firms, fire
detection and suppression equipment providers and healthcare organizations.
In 2003, Adam was appointed to a six year term as the Montgomery County representative to the SEPTA Citizens
Advisory Committee. In 2009, he was elected to a four year term on the Abington Township Board of School Directors.
Adam resides in Rydal, PA with his wife and two sons.
