Todd's practice focuses on defending the interests of employers, self-insured entities, insurance carriers and third party administrators. Todd is known as an aggressive litigator who understands the concerns of employers and insurers in fighting the cost of workers' compensation claims. Todd knows when to fight, but he also recognizes the value of settling difficult cases in a cost effective manner.

Todd comes to Wynn McGarry with a wealth of workers' compensation experience gained working at large Philadelphia firms, including Post & Schell, P.C. and Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads. He has litigated hundreds of cases, oftentimes achieving terminations and dismissals of claims. He has argued cases, successfully, before the Appeals Board and the Commonwealth Court. Todd's current practice will focus on the defense of workers' compensation claims in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In addition, he will be assisting in the handling of commercial, employment discrimination, and general liability matters.

Todd was chosen by Philadelphia Magazine as a "Rising Star Super Lawyer" in 2005 and 2006- an honor given only to a tiny percentage of all Pennsylvania lawyers under the age of 40. He is a member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Central Jersey Claims Association.

Todd has given dozens of training seminars to clients, and has served as an adjunct Professor at Peirce College in Philadelphia for years, where he taught workers compensation law.
